Not being able to accomodate an previous student

I've been having classes with this woman for the past 2-3 months. She had 25 minute classes almost everyday, didn't study at all and barely retained anything. I changed my approach numerous times and finally told her I think it would be more beneficial for her to have classes every second day and study on her own on the other days if she finds it difficult to find time to review. She agreed and I haven't had a class with her since.

As for now she has cancelled her weekly spots and cancelled all of the upcoming classes and told me that she would like to have 2 one hour long lessons weekly in the future but as for now she doesn't know at what time or day.

I want to take on new students but what I'm scared of is, would it be reasonable from supports point of view if she leaves a bad review because I don't have time to teach her anymore? I know that even if she told me the specific time that she would like to have classes in the future, I don't owe her that unless she books that weekly spot. But she has 11 classes bought and not used so I'd understand if she was angry if she couldn't use them. It would be difficult for her to use those classes with another tutor because I'm one of only two tutors in her price range who teach my language in her language.
