‘04 V8 SR5, approx. 320k miles (see below)

I’ve owned for 10yrs and for the last 6, life and little kids have really led to an unfortunate amount of neglect on my part. I’ve taken the reliability of my 4Runner for granted, big time. She is still getting me around, but I’m starting to consider newer vehicles with a third row as a better family vehicle. Wondering what value might be. Any and all input greatly appreciated.

The Good:

1. Water pump and timing belt at
2. All new brakes and tires in last year

The Bad:

1. Rattling noise at idle and in D, silent in neutral
2. Clunks on rapid acceleration - mounts?

The Ugly:

1. Surface level+ frame rust (Midwest, no garage for most all its life)
2. Hatch window rust around seal
3. Hatch window doesn’t go down - glass is off its “track”
4. Bumper dings, cracks and scratches, nothing too crazy
