Choosing house based on lot size or interior space?
I've been looking at these 2 pre con houses in Markham that are selling for exactly the same price. One is 31 lot with 2548 interior sqft and the other is a 38 lot with 1638 sqft. If you were to pick one out of these 2, which one would you pick? Would you rather have a larger lot with less interior space or smaller lot with extra 900 sqft in space?
