As someone living in Meath who would be relying on an infrequent Bus line that would take min 1h40m to get to the campus, i really need to know both the earliest possible time that lectures for the course begin and the most frequent time.

If any former or current students of History and/or politics/political science are able to see this, which irish college is the best to study these topics.
