What happens to the soul of someone who dies in the Skullgirls universe?

What happens to the soul of someone who dies in the Skullgirls universe?

Heaven and hell do not exist in the *Skullgirls* universe, and religion works differently there; the people worship three goddesses who form a trinity (which I find a bit funny, considering they literally worship the goddesses who created the Skull Heart—an entity whose goal is to destroy all of humanity, as well as other species).

So, I wonder: what happens to a person's soul when they die in this universe?

Two good fanfics I'm reading that aren't very well-known.

I'm reading two fanfics right now that I think are really good but not very well-known: the first is *Skullgirls: Espíritu Ardiente* (a Spanish-language fanfic about an OC on Wattpad), and the second is Skulltale(an *Undertale* and *Skullgirls* crossover on AO3). The first one is taking a long time to release the next chapter, but Skulltale is updating monthly.

and yes, I use a translator to read both stories.

What if the spawn was teleported to the Skullgirls universe?

I recently finished reading a really good fanfic on Wattpad called *Hell's Redeemer*—a crossover between *Spawn* and the *Helluva Boss*/*Hazbin Hotel* universe (or "Hellaverse"). In it, after Spawn defeats both Satan and God in the comics and imprisons them in a timeless abyss, Mother Existence sends him to the Hellaverse (honestly, I think this fanfic is already better than *Hazbin Hotel*). But then I wondered: what if he hadn't been sent to the Hellaverse, but to the *Skullgirls* universe instead? How do you think our beloved—hot Black man, I mean—our beloved Al Simmons would fare there? How would he react to seeing non-human species, the Medici Mafia, ASG Labs, the Renoir family (and the tyrannical King Franz), the Skullgirl, and—most importantly—the Trinity?

Note: In that fanfic, Spawn ends up in another universe, reverting to his standard form—which is already incredibly powerful and overpowered in its own right. However, later on (SPOILER... I warned you), he winds up returning to his Divine form—a state he hadn't wanted to return to, which is why he had sealed it away.

Why was Carol (future Painwheel) kidnapped by the Medicis?

I’ve always wondered why Carol was kidnapped, considering she wasn’t a refugee from No Man's Land—she lived in Maplecrest (an inhabited suburb, and the place where Filia lived) and was literally friends with the granddaughter of the mafia boss.

Who is this guy?

I recently revisited Beowulf's story mode (one of the best, in my opinion), and in the scene where he and Annie are looking at the moon, there is someone standing next to Grendel's arm—it's not Sagan, since you can see him being held by Annie.

Curiosity got the better of me, and I went looking into that story.

I know I mentioned in a comment on a previous post of mine that was mysteriously deleted, about the Parasoul and Valentine images, that I wasn't going to watch this story, but curiosity got the better of me and so I went looking for it and I have a few things to say.

First, why did Brain Drain control Panzerfaust and then break Parasoul and Valentine's minds, and why did he do that to Valentine when he still considered her an ally (insert John Travolta meme)

Second, I know it's strange to say this, but I'd be curious to know what happens next.

Third, how does Brain Drain have a human penis?

Fourth, I wasn't aroused watching this doujinshi.

Fifth, the art is really good and almost resembles the game so much that I liked those three Valentine panels.

Sixth, why the hell am I saying all this?

Slenderman as a guest character

If Slenderman were a guest character in Skullgirls, what would his story mode and interactions with the other characters be like?

And what would your gameplay style be like?

Valentine and Parasoul art I found on Pinterest

I managed to download these two images of Parasoul and Valentine before they were deleted from Pinterest.

Does anyone know the name of the artist who made it?

the only elves seen so far in Skullgirls

It's funny when you think about it: elves exist in the Skullgirls universe, but only two have appeared so far.

What would the Big Band's reaction be to watching JoJo's Bizarre Adventure?

How do you think Big Band would react if he watched JoJo?

What would happen if Shadow (from Shadow Fight 2) was teleported to the Skullgirls universe?

I recently finished Shadow fight 2, But then I thought about something: what would happen if, after Shadow defeats the Titan (the game's villain), the Titan explodes and Shadow is hit by the explosion, but instead he doesn't revert to being human, but is thrown into the Skullgirl universe while still a shadow? What would Shadow do in this situation? How would he react to the world he's in, with the different species besides humans (at the Gates of Shadow he already faced other species from different universes), and Skullgirl? And what would happen if the game's characters encountered him or more, and how would he try to return to his universe?

Peacock, the broken girl

You know, I like her lively, chaotic, and explosive personality along with her cartoonish mannerisms, but at the same time it's sad, because behind all of that, there's a broken girl whose parents were killed by Queen Nancy Skullgirl, the orphanage of Mr. Hilgard, where she was taken in and beginning to form relationships with the people at the orphanage, is invaded by slave traders working for the Medici. During the escape with Marie, Patricia distracts the traders so that her best friend can reach the village and ask for help (we discover that the village is destroyed).

Upon being captured and attempting to rebel, she was horribly tortured and mutilated, having her eyes, teeth, and arms ripped out and remaining almost on her deathbed for months (I think it was months because I don't know how much time passed until Patricia and the other orphans were taken to the warehouse in the Canopy Kingdom). After being rescued by the ASG personnel and taken to Laboratory 8, she was rebuilt to become an anti-Skullgirl agent (although I find the ASG laboratories a bit opportunistic for taking orphans and turning them into anti-Skullgirl agents, although Patricia...). (She was the one who insisted she wanted to become one)

In her story mode (and also in Big Band mode), the lab is attacked by Skullgirl and Valentine. Many people from the lab that she knew die, including the man who helped and rebuilt her, Dr. Avian. After that, she leaves with her cartoon friends seeking revenge. She discovers that the current Skullgirl was her best friend. After killing Valentine in the Grand Cathedral, she goes after her friend, who is now Skullgirl, and confronts her. In the end, she kills her friend while watching Marie say goodbye before leaving.

All this happened to a girl who is only 13 years old. Her childhood was completely destroyed, and I'm sure the equipment she has in her body must hurt because it's a child's body.

Anyway...sad.

What do you think of Leduc?

I always thought Leduc was an interesting character, the typical handsome blond with blue eyes. It's a shame that, like many other characters, he was never explored much.

(By the way, I saw on the wiki that originally he was supposed to have a romance with Peacock, which I find a little strange considering they're two years apart... I think that also explains why there are so many fanarts of ships between the two.)

I've been thinking, what would happen if a medium-sized city in the United States were inexplicably thrown into the Skullgirls universe? What would be the reactions of the citizens and characters of Skullgirls, considering that this universe contains other species besides humans, such as Gigans, Ferals, Half-Ferals, Dagonians, different animals (as can be seen in the abandoned mansion stage of Mr. Hilgard), parasites, etc.? Also, this universe takes place in the 1940s, when devices and gadgets like cell phones, video games, and others didn't exist today. Most importantly, what would the royalty do in this situation? What would be the reaction of the citizens of the Skullgirls universe, comparing them to the technology of the teleported?

What would be the reaction of the citizens of the teleported city? How would they react to the Egrets, since the bracelets resemble those of soldiers from World War II? What would their reactions be upon seeing other races besides humans and everything else in this world?

Note: The game Skullgirls doesn't exist in this normal world.
