For those wishing to work remotly in Spain in big cities like Barcelona, Madrid etc
Perhaps cities should even consider an additional tax on high-earning remote workers who choose to live in already pressured housing markets, with the revenue going directly towards affordable housing.
If your income and purchasing power are substantially higher than the local average, and you have the freedom to work from anywhere, it isn't unreasonable to ask you to contribute more towards the housing pressure you are benefiting from.
The laptop may be remote. The consequences aren't.
