Hello I use a 8GB DDR5 RAM, N100, 256GB SSD and looking to upgrade. I usually code and run browser, and my current PC is lagging. Since RAM prices are too high at the moment, I am looking to buy a barebone Mini PC, I have 2 x 8GB DDR5 RAM and 2 x 256GB SSD. I have more of those but most of Mini PC only have 2 ports for RAM and SSD.

Is this good? Are there better alternatives from Beelink, Gmktek, I can go higher on the budget but I don't think I need it.
