Microsoft's folly of rolling out a half baked redemption system backfired so badly. GC option showed but no one was able to claim, all orders failed, some immediately, some after 12 hours and some even after 36 hours.

Fraudsters making merry and genuine users were left to wonder. The worst part is the callous attitude of Microsoft, where in there has been no response to support requests in spite of their self-stated timeline of 24 hours.

I have been patient for over 6 months now and have been actively engaged with the MS Rewards program, however, I now feel it's just a clever ruse to make BING search a success and make fools out of genuine users like me. It's time to move on from such pathetically managed platforms.
