Got an email this morning the stated the following, "We’ve removed a temporary withdrawal hold on your account. Your available balance has increased by $xxxx.xx USD. I never tried to make a withdraw. What is going on?
I am still unable to make certaoin BTC purchases. I have, as far I I know, have fully validated accounts. I am well within the Conbase limits. My bank has told be they are not devclioig anything. Your systems messags seem to inidcate your system for some reason if flagging and devling the transction, no reason given. Please help!
If you had to choose one, and only one, as the top priority for your next miner would you choose power efficentcy or hashrate? Why? This should be interesting.
I need to get my BTC off the exchange and into a HW walllet. Not sure which one to buy. So I thoght I would ask this august group of sage crypto experts what wallet do you use? e.g.. Ledger, Trezor, Tangem, Coldcard, or somthing else?
Still having a bit of a problem. tried to buy $1,000 of BTC sys said it declined it, no reason give (you really have to fix this). I tried $500, did not work I was going to try $100, like I did the past couple of day this time all my account set up to buy BTC were GONE! What the heck is going on. Oh I almost forgot I set up a second backup account to make purchases, I want to have an account setup to only supply BTC purchase for securtiy reasons. Anyway it all disappeard. PLEASE FIX? You need to improve your website to provide users with better information so they have a better Idea of what the probelms are and feedback on how to correct the issues instead of guessing.
Earlier this week, I made my first BTC purchase, it was a small amount so I could get familer with the process. The process was shockingly smooth! However, I just tried to make a slight larger purchase, to test the waters more, for a larger amount it. The transaction would not work something about limit reached. What Limit? So I tried using a bank accoount. But when I scan the QR code it says "Verification canceled". What, if anything, am I doing wrong? Anyway to get in more direct contact?
