Do not purchase AMP through Patreon
Since they don’t sell AMP in my country due to tax reasons, I had no choice but to purchase it through a Duke Nukem Patreon membership. That’s where the first problem began: the money was deducted from my account, and my Patreon membership was activated, but guess what was missing? The license key! It turns out that someone at CubeCoders has to manually approve payments from Patreon and enter them into the system. And my license key wasn’t sent until 4 DAYS after my purchase date.
Now for the second and most recent issue: This month’s Patreon payment couldn’t go through immediately due to insufficient funds on my virtual card. After receiving a reminder email from Patreon, I immediately increased the limit and processed the payment. When I checked through CubeCoders’ system, I saw that the payment hadn’t been processed yet. I figured this was normal because someone has to manually process Patreon payments, right? The payment date was the first of the month, and the license’s expiration date was the second of the month. And guess what happened? No one processed the payment!
Instead of sending me a perpetual license key in exchange for my 3-month subscription, they canceled my existing license key. I made the payment on the first of the month; it’s now the fourth, and I still don’t have a license.
Maybe they don’t have issues with direct purchases, but when it comes to transactions made through Patreon, they seem to care almost nothing about them—and it doesn’t even seem to matter to them. Since they don’t respond to emails on weekends, they also don’t respond to support tickets opened on Discord. If you’re thinking of buying through Patreon, think twice.

TL;DR
If you purchase AMP through Patreon, you’ll get almost no support from CubeCoders. Even if you make a payment, it can take 3–4 days for your membership to become active, and if they don’t bother to process your payment, the automated system may cancel your license even though you’ve already paid.
