Anyone who is under 18y.o who did endmyopia, any advice how did you tell your parents about endmyopia, how did you convince them about doing this method?how they reacted? Did you convince them in buying normalized?

لاحظت تحسنا واضحا في بصري انتقالا من -2.25 الى -2.00
لكنني كنت استعمل نظارات منخفضة قديمة
ما يراودني الان هو شعور بالارتباك حول كيف احص على وصفة طبية منخفضة (-1.75)
لانني لا اعتقد ان opticien خاصتي سيقبل او على الاقل هل من الضروري احصار وصفة طبية او يكفي قولها شفويا؟
