Hello, I saved enough of the event currency to buy the new Miyako, but when I did, they took the tokens without giving me the character... I tried to restart the game and I still don't have Miyako, yet the 100k tokens are gone... I'm pretty sure that the store was selling 5 Miyakos before, so the remaining 4 that are available are the ones you use to “awake” her. So the character has been purchased, but is nowhere to be seen! And they took the tokens! I checked both the member and character sections but she doesn't show up in neither of those... I don't know what to do... Did anybody else experience this problem? Do you think I can “get her back” if I report the problem?

Buonasera, so da un amico lombardo che abita vicino al confine con la Svizzera che in ticinese il decespugliatore viene chiamato “zeckyboy” ma non sa il perché. È una parola che mi ha incuriosita ma online ho trovato solamente questa spiegazione (con uno spelling diverso, noto) su questo sito. Voi sapreste dirmi di più riguardo alla sua origine?
