Hey guys, I have been applying for cimea for the past three days but it always says today's limit has been reached what's the solution for that?

Also, my appointment is on 18 August, if I apply within this week will I be apply to receive it before my appointment?

Many people are saying dont opt for paying extra 100 euro for urgency.

Lastly, what will happen if i dont receive it before my appointment?
