Advice whether to titrate update

Hi! I have an update ...I pieced together why I have been having increased anxiety recently. I am beyond angry and have no idea what to do. I was given a muscle relaxer for the pain in my neck due to an injury about a month ago. Twice per day. I started to take it just once per day about a week ago and that's when I noticed the sudden surge in anxiety. I just looked up the warning of this muscle relaxer called Baclofen and it says never to stop decreasing dose (I'm on the lowest 5 mxxxgs) as one of the symptoms can be anxiety and withdrawal. I am very concerned if this Pain Management doctor even knows how to taper a patient properly off this muscle relaxer. I want to stop completely and don't know which way to turn !!!! If I had known this had a withdrawal warning, I would never have taken it. I blame myself. I should have been careful but thought withdrawal was only for psych drugs. Any advice would help at this time. I am going to call the doctor tomorrow, but honestly scared of doctors these days for to all that's happened with me.

Advice whether to titrate

Been holding at 22 bxxds (6.1 mxxxgs) for 3 months due to being in physical therapy due to an injury and wanted to see if I would stabilize. Have had windows, but in the last 2 weeks have been having an increase of anxiety due to me thinking how long this physical therapy will take before I completely . I am still in physical therapy Am wondering if I should go up one bxxxd to 23? I am unable to do 2 bxxxds because I am very sensitive and tried that in the past, so I only do one bxxd at a time. I was tapered too fast and outside of the window of safe taper, so been titrating in order to taper at some point in the future. Would greatly appreciate direction on this. Thanks very much .

Reinstatement Advice

I was tapered rapidly from D last year. 60-30-20 in about six months. Felt nothing until approx 1 month after. Had no idea what was happening to me but I started using Very Very infrequently about 1/4 of Cl**pam (it was extremely tiny piece I would cut) to bridge what I was feeling. I wish I had know that was not a wise choice. I had not taken that in many many year, but still kept some. Anyways, as time went on, my anxiety got worse and met someone who had taken 8 years to taper from another drug. She advised she that I was experiencing protracted withdrawal. I was recommended to this group and on Mar 22 this year I decided to reinstate. About 3 1/2 months after tapering. I did the average of 3 beads and got my number and slowly started to reinstate. I started at 5 beads then slowly added one bead every 3-4 days thereafter . However, I noticed that the anxiety and panic increased. I do know that I am unable to increase by 2 beads because I felt horrible all day the next day when I tried that. I was also going through a LOT of unsettling life changes which, in all fairness, contributed to the increase of symptoms. Then about a month ago I decided to stop at 21 beads to see if I could somewhat stabilize for a month until things calmed down and to see if the anxiety/panic feelings subsided. I am a day away from one month and feeling much better that I decided to hold for the month instead of increasing every 3-4 days as I believe I was too sensitized. I still get the anxiety but no where as bad as before and no cortisol crazy surges in the mornings, days are better . My question is should I start reinstating again by the one bead and then holding longer to see how I feel ? I actually just found a doctor who is very open to Dr. Sorensen’s taper method and she is watching the course this weekend in order to support me. She thinks I should started increasing again as of tomorrow. Can anyone please help with advice and thoughts? Also, I apologize for this long text and sincerely hope I am not breaking any rules.
Thanks so much in advance !!
