I just got her and adding her to my collection also what should we call her

Ok yesterday my fiancé (m 20) and myself (f 18) decided to go to the mall for food since he had off. After we ate our food we decided to look at some of the thrift shops.
Here’s where we found her, this doll is gorgeous, she is from the First Lady Doll collection. Well after we bought the doll my fiancé told me that he didn’t like the doll. last night we went out to go get ice cream and on our way back. There was a black cat that had a past our way. This was after 12 o’clock at night and then this morning we had a box that had fell off of our dog crate that we had put up last night. This box has been there for like hours. It hasn’t moved and it just flipped down. It scared the shit out of me to be honest and then my fiancé had told me that well I had a dream last night. I’m like oh yeah me too so we find out we both had dreams of like death so we never have dreams like that the only thing different is this stall. Do you guys think it’s haunted? What do you think we should do help?
