I wired this nice little sherline rotary table to my 440. I mounted it using the accessory bolt holes on the corner of the bed and a smaller T slot bar. I also added the sherline to the PathPilot ui for cool points, and to remind myself I’ll need to fix it when I do updates.

I’m bummed Sherline is going out of business. They make really nice stuff. This rotary isn’t exactly a micro arc, but it’s mighty nice for what it is, and I’ve made some beautiful things with it on my old manual mill.

I mounted a cheap, lightweight portable touch screen to my 440. The screen has 2 75mm vesa mount holes. I used a 2 axis belleville-jointed swivel mounted to the enclosure with fender washers and nuts. It feels stable. Just a little give in the bottom right corner when I click exit.
Screen can tilt down for shorties and it lays back pretty flat against the side of the machine. Sticks out about as far as the estop.
I machined the little monitor adapter plate with conversational mode. First time using both this mill, and conversational milling. I'm impressed!
