OPT approved employer wants start date.

Hi everyone,

My OPT just got approved my initial start date was July 13 th, and on the approval email it says starting validity date 7/13/2026. However, today is July the 4 th and I believe that I wont get my EAD card before that, and also when I get my EAD card, the start date might be adjusted due to this delay. In this case, what start date should I communicate with my employer, given that I do not want to loose too many unemployement days?

EAD premium processing crossed 30 Business Days.

For those whose Premium Processing (PP) has crossed 30 business days: What did you do? How long did it take for you to get approved? At this point, it feels hopeless, especially because PP is literally the last option to speed up an EAD. Is there any hope, or anything else that can be done?

LOR question

I have 6 LORs in my interfolio, and i was thinking of making a packet using interfolio and sending it to school. However, some school strictly states that they look at 4 Lors only, and I was wondering what they would do if they get those LOR packets. would they select the first 4 or how does it work.

On the other hand, 4/6 Lors that I have are really strong and I do prefer the admissions commite to look at those (preferably). In this case, should I just use 4 lors or send all 6.

What to Put in AADSAS When DAT Scores Are Still Pending & How to Make Sure Schools Receive Scores ASAP.

Hi everyone,

I am registered to take the DAT on July 3 and plan to submit my AADSAS application a few days afterward. I have a couple of questions regarding DAT score reporting.

When filling out the Standardized Tests section in AADSAS, what should I enter if my DAT scores are still pending? Do I only enter my test date and DENTPIN, or do I need to manually enter anything on the scores section?

I also want to make sure that dental schools receive my DAT scores as soon as they become available. During DAT registration, I selected all of the schools I plan to apply to, so I assume the ADA will automatically send my official scores to those schools once they are released?

Given that I will be submitting my AADSAS application before my official DAT scores are available, is there anything else I need to do within AADSAS to ensure my scores are properly matched and sent to schools? Or will everything happen automatically as long as my DENTPIN is correctly entered?

Can I draw my t-tables and boxes for hole punching if I end SNS early

Hi everyone,

I was seeing some posts mention that we need to erase everything after the SNS section is done going into PAT section. Is that true?

Hi everyone,

I am applying this cycle (first time applicant) and had a question about letters of recommendation. I have seen a lot of different information and am little a bit confused.

On AADSAS, it mentions a limit of three letters, but I was hoping to submit multiple letters and tailor them based on each school requirements. I originally planned to use Interfolio for this, but that is no longer compatible.

I have also read about the new Liaison letter submission system, and it seems like it can hold up to four letters on AADSAS. However, I have seen some applicants mention that they were able to submit more than four letters.

Does this mean that we are now limited to only 3–4 letters total, or is there still a way to send additional letters depending on the school?
