Short story short, I am on my Japan trip and planned on doing a day trip from Kyoto to Amanohashidate and Ine. I thought you could just get on a bus and go… I didn’t look into it until tonight when I budgeted a day for it tomorrow. There are ways up (limited express train) and a single way down (tankai bus) but this is only to Amanohashidate. They are very expensive though! Over 10,000 yen round trip. What should I do instead? Or should I swallow the cost. I’ve already did a day in Arishimaya, Gion, Kawaramachi. Let me know please!
