Has anyone had issues proving when photos were taken?
Has anyone had issues with K-1 visa photo evidence because USCIS/the embassy/consulate couldn’t verify when the pictures were actually taken?
I’ve been reading posts where people said their photos alone weren’t count as strong enough evidence because there was no way to confirm the dates. I’m starting to stress a little about whether our evidence is organized well enough.
My situation is a little tricky because Jamaica’s Sangster airport is mostly digital now, so I only have one actual passport stamp from my trips. I do have my travel history, visas from my visits, photos together from multiple trips, family photos, and other evidence, but I’m wondering how other people handled proving the timeline of their relationship/trips.
For those who already went through the K-1 process:
• Did you label your photos with dates and locations?
• Did you include screenshots of photo details/metadata?
• Did anyone get questioned or receive an RFE over this?
• What other evidence did you use to support the timeline of your relationship/trips?
Trying to avoid issues the first time around.
