Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some help. My brother, Wesley, works for MSC as an Bartender.

He left Brazil on January 28 to join his ship, and our family hasn't heard from him since June 15, which is very unusual.

The only information we have is that his current itinerary includes Croatia, Greece, and Italy, but we don't know which MSC ship he is currently assigned to.

I've already contacted MSC through several email addresses and contact forms, but no one has been able to help or tell us how to reach the Crew Department.

Does anyone know how to contact the MSC Crew Department or how to request a family welfare check for a crew member? Any advice or contact information would mean a lot to our family.
