UPDATE!!!:
Seller was SUPER super kind and sweet, and also as upset as I was to see what happened to the figure. She sent me a refund and we agreed that the glue must’ve melted due to the heat of the summer in the south, and the pieces came loose and rubbed against each other during the shipping process. She also sent me proof that the figure looked good before she sent it. All is well. It’s super interesting to me how these figures are so terribly affected by heat. I didn’t even know they could come apart at all 😭

Damage was not shown nor disclosed at all. The card is also crumpled which is disappointing. Are they supposed to come apart like this? Did the heat from shipping loosen all the glue or something? Or is this the seller’s fault? I’m going to have to glue the pieces in place because they won’t stay. The paint is also super scratched, especially on the stool and the back of her pants. I’ve also included the two photos in her listing—none of which show any of this damage. Her caption doesn’t mention the damage either. I see now that the seller had listed the condition as “fair” but none of these damages were shown or disclosed whatsoever and it looked great to me based on the pics she included. Seller has been contacted and I’m waiting on a response. Just thought I’d share my experience
