Hair-like algae covering plants

I noticed hair-like algae sprouting from the rocks and covering my moneyworts (as seen in the vid). I have been pulling a lot of the longer ones.
Is this a sign of an imbalance? If so, how can I control it?

For context:
It’s ~300 gal pond
Gets ~6 hrs direct sunlight

I have 3x small comet goldfish, 3x small gold dojo loach, 20+ mosquitofishes, 16x Japanese trapdoor snails
For plants, I have moneyworts, lilies, hyacinths, and lettuce.

Algae covering water plants?

I have a few pots of Moneyworts in my pond, and they seem to be covered in algae?
Is this normal?

The stem is now greenish yellow in color compared to bright green before.

I’m worried that the algae-like substance coating it is acting like a parasite absorbing the sunlight instead of the plant itself.

Note: I’m washing the plants with a hose with an activated carbon attachment.

Found in my filter media

What’s this cylinder/cone-shaped little bugs stuck in my spacer for my waterfall filter media?

They’re not moving, but I noticed they have tiny legs or bristle-like things on one end of their tip.
They’re so stuck that I had to scrape them off with a hard bristle brush and still only was able to remove about 75% off.

There are also tiny worm like things that are squirming on about.

My first thought was maybe baby snails cause I bought some anacharis from Petsmart and it shared an aquarium with a bunch of snails.

What are these things? And are my fishes safe?

Clear slime-like substance on pond surface

There’s a clear-ish slime-like substance on my pond surface.

I have a 250 gallon pond, with 3200 GPH pump in a skimmer basket, and a waterfall.
I have 3x Comet Goldfish (1.5 inch length), 6x Mosquitofish (1 inch length), 10x Ghost Shrimps.
I also have 4x small pots of Creeping Jennies, 1x small pot of Anacharis, 2x water lilies (small), 5x water lettuce, 5x water hyacinth.
Water hyacinths and water lettuces likes to hangout by the skimmer.

I recently, cleared out green algae from the pond. Now I’m noticing bubble collection on the surface plus the clear slime.

I was wondering if I could get the slime cleared out and less bubbling in the surface.

TLDR; Clear slime-like substance on the pond surface. How do I get rid of it to have clearer pond water?
