Blake Lively's fury after Taylor Swift left her off wedding guest list… as sources say it's the final straw - Daily Mail article

The two women were once thick as thieves, so close that Lively named Swift godmother to all three of the daughters she shares with her husband Ryan Reynolds.

But what once seemed an indissoluble bond was torpedoed after Swift was embarrassingly dragged into Lively's legal battle with Justin Baldoni.

This Friday, Swift and her groom Travis Kelce welcomed a cavalcade of celebrities to their nuptials at Madison Square Garden, which were officiated by Adam Sandler and featured performances by Stevie Nicks, Paul McCartney and the bride herself.

Now, a source has exclusively informed the Daily Mail of Lively's fury over her rejection, which has set a match to any chance she and Swift might mend fences in the future.

Lively is 'sad and a little bit ped. No, a lot ped,' said the insider. 'That friendship was over before but if there was hope, it's gone. They'll never be friends again.'

The Daily Mail has contacted Lively and Swift's representatives for comment.

🎬✨New Wayfarer Studios project in the making : "Dinner with Audrey" Shooting in Hungary 🎥✨

The information about this project is not new anymore, but I found some interesting quotes and also recent links with behind the scenes pictures and vibe. So exciting 😃!!!

For the past couple of years, Wayfarer Studios has been working on getting their film Dinner With Audrey off the ground. The plot of the project revolves around Audrey Hepburn (played by Thomasin McKenzie) after she is sent off to Paris to find a wardrobe for her 1964 film Sabrina. Along the way she meets fashion designer Hubert de Givenchy (played by Ansel Elgort), whom she forms an instant connection with. It's a tale of fashion, fact and just a little bit of fiction.

"Dinner with Audrey is a story grounded in history and encapsulates one of the most iconic creative partnerships across fashion and film," president of production and development for Wayfarer Studios Andrew Calof told Deadline in a statement. "As filmmakers, we feel the weight and responsibility of honoring these two icons and portraying their friendship as accurately as possible. Every element of this production has been approached with precision, care and respect. We couldn't be more excited to tell their story."

Thomasin McKenzie is best known for Leave No Trace (2018), Jojo Rabbit (2019), Last Night in Soho (2021) and Old (2021).

Ansel Elgort is best known from The Fault in Our Stars (2014), Baby Driver (2017), West Side Story (2021) and the Divergent series (2014, 2015 and 2016).

They are joined by Miranda Richardson (The Yellow Tie and Rams), Michael Shannon (The Shape of Water and 99 Homes) and Judy Greer (Dead Winter and 27 Dresses). The film is written by Kara Holden and directed by Abe Sylvia.

Hyde Park, Mad Chance Production, and Wayfarer Studios are producing.

✨"She [Audrey] is a huge icon of mine," McKenzie said per the Steve Varley Show. "And I know as a fan that people will be very critical of the person playing her. So, there was a bit of hesitation [when it came to accepting the role], but I feel unbelievably honored and nervous. Lucky for me, it's about a very specific time in her life, so it's not like I'm doing an overarching film on everything. It's a specific moment in time."

Audrey Hepburn's Son Reacts to New Biopic ‘Dinner With Audrey' (Exclusive) - Woman's World, May 2026

✨Over the years, many have wondered how the Hepburn family feels about all the Audrey documentaries, books and biopics that have been released. And now, Audrey's eldest son Sean is shining some light on their reactions. In a recent interview with Woman's World to promote his book Intimate Audrey: An Authorized Biography, Sean said that he finds the whole idea of Dinner with Audrey "charming."

"It's about an imaginary night between Audrey Hepburn and Givenchy," he explained. "This film basically imagines what happened after my mother and Givenchy met. Maybe they go to dinner and spend an evening together. I don't know the details of it, but it sounds charming."

Who comes outnof this legal battle looking worse? Daily mail poll after the 47.1 ruling

The text below is from me not Daily Mail 😜

Judge Liman's rulling on the 47.1 motion filled by Blake Lively was issued June 12, 2026. This was granted in part, denied in part. Blake Lively was granted reasonable attorneys fees and costs for having to fight the defamation claim brought against her by Justin in a lawsuit filled in January 2024 and dismissed by Judge Liman in June 2024. She was denied treble damages and punitive damages.

There is more than one way to look at this ruling, and maybe, depending on whose side you are, you can interpret it so as to comfort your position. However, headlines like "Blake Lively was awarded attorneys fees" while true, is incomplete and missleading. So is the claim that Blake Lively was victorious on her 47.1 motion.

As a supporter of Justin, I was expecting / dreading a fake victory tour from Blake Lively in case she was awarded attorneys fees, because I think the hole point of her 47.1 motion was to be able to do restorative PR (yes, Victoria Burke eventually saw through her!👏) and somehow twist reality by still presenting herself as a victim, despite having dropped 2 claims quite early in the process, the judge having dismissed 10 (including on SH) last April and herself (or Ryan 😜) initiating settlement discussions late April regarding the 3 remaing claims (remember the "retaliatory smear campaign"? 🤦). The settlement discussions were successful even though she was not given any money and agreed to no NDA - just 2 weeks before trial 🌪️.

But will this attempt to use her small win with the 47.1 motion for PR change anything about her reputation❓Maybe this will comfort her supporters and fans, but will this change the opinion of the fraction in the general public that is aware of who Blake Lively is, and is interested enough to read (and remember!) the headlines and even the articles? 🤔

Apparently, the Daily Mail was interested in answering this question through a poll they initiated through a recent article discussing the 47.1 rulling (see the above link). And the results are worth a look. As per the time of my post: 👉 89% (6840 people) are of the opinion that Blake Lively comes out of the legal battle as looking worse

👉 3% (201 people) that Justin Baldoni comes out of it as looking worse

👉 4% (283 people) that it is the case for both of them

👉 4% (293 people) can't say.

Are you aware of any other polls on this particular question in the news? It would be interesting to compare!

Steve Sarovitz's vision for the Wayfarer Theaters as "community centers". And also his vision on movies and the entertaining industry

I heard occasionally that something called Wayfarer Theaters exited, but was unsure of how many there were and what was the link with Wayfarer Studios. This became clear while reading the below article from a local newspaper dated March 2026. I understand there are two Wayfarer Theaters in the state of Illinois. Steve Sarovitz's considers them to be "community centers". One can see movies (mostly family oriented) but they have also special screenings and talks with guests from the movie industry.

I find Steve's vision on movies and the entertaining industry very inspiring and wanted to share :

"“I think our entertainment industry needs, in a sense, a reformation or a revolution. … What we’re trying to do every day is put out a product that educates and uplifts the world, shows the nobility of every human being, and the movie theater is an extension of that. It’s a way for us to show our movies and really help communities,” Sarowitz said.
