TIA for anyone with experience/insight on how I can legitimately request the citation that awarded my Viet Nam Veteran father. Upon his death in June 2026. we found out that he had been awarded a Bronze Star during his service 65-67. My dad talked about Viet Nam with us, so I never pushed as to what occurred or what his experience was. We were able to review his DD Form 214 and saw that it was listed with a V vehicle, and without a Purple Heart. I have been searching and using AI but I am running into many scam sites. Please advise and thank you! I want something else to list to be proud of him for and to honor. Thank you!
