Hey all! I've been looking into cruise line careers recently, specifically activities relating or youth staff. I have experience with activities, 2 years but at a senior living facility. I'm really interested in working with children, so I'd like to join youth staff for a line, but the cruise lines I've looked at require a minimum of a year with childcare related work.

Any suggestions on cruise lines that are hiring for this position without previous experience?
