Hi, I am an incoming international PhD student at NJIT. For my immunization records, I need to take MMR and Hepatitis B vaccine and need to take PPD or IGRA test. I will arrive in the United States on August. I might not be able to complete all the doses for these vaccines before I arrive.

Is it possible to take all the vaccines after I arrive in the states? As a funded PhD student, my health insurance is covered by NJIT. In that case, what would be the cost for these vaccines? TIA

I am an incoming female international PhD student at NJIT. I will be working on wet lab, which means I might need to stay in the lab during midnight. While searching for accomodation, most people suggested me harrison and kearny. But in that case, I will be dependent on bus service, as I do not have a car yet and don't plan to get one soon.

Can anyone suggest me, where I should look for accomodation near NJIT? Is it possible to get a studio apartment on a student budget? And how much it would cost? TIA
