hi I’ve been trying to find a job or internship opportunity that aligns with my degree in Psychology.

I’d love to work as an HR Assistant or in a role where I can gain practical experience while also understanding how the corporate world works I would prefer it to be work from home as my college is still going on anybody from Shillong can hit me up as I am currently here pursuing my degree

I’m looking for a paid opportunity ☝🏻 because I do have some skills I can contribute. Along with a basic understanding of HR concepts, I also have basic HTML, CSS, and web development skills.

Her manager has been consistently criticizing her performance undermining her work and telling others that she isn’t doing a good job and it has been so constant even though she’s genuinely trying and still learning as a fresher.

My friend even approached HR to explore switching roles but they said it depends on the manager. Unfortunately the manager continues to pressure her over very small issues and has created an environment where she feels targeted. Now there’s even talk of letting her go, which is really affecting her mentally.

I understand that mistakes can happen especially early in a career but this feels more like unfair treatment than constructive feedback.

Has anyone experienced something similar? What would you suggest she do in this situation?
