Anyone have experience with Gritomatic shipping times / customer service not replying ?
Hi all
I'm wondering if anyone has put in an order with Gritomatic in the past week or two? I'm impatient to get my new stuff and am always wary when purchasing from new online retailers.
I put in an expensive (for me at least) order for a TSProf sharpener and a handful of stones about 4 days ago and haven't heard anything aside from the automated confirmation. I'm mostly curious to know if the sharpener I bought was actually in stock as it showed as "Last one in stock" when I purchased it and I don't want to get the run-around cancelling an indefinite back order.
I reached out to customer service yesterday morning with the same question but didn't hear back.
I'm hoping it's just the holiday throwing things off for them / their shipping department but wanted to see if anyone had any input, thanks.
