Rail Shunting should be illegal in the city during daytime hours.

Just watching the train stops, and going back and forth on a rail crossing is one of the most infuriating thing ever. I know they have rights but so should the people that lives here. They don't ever post schedules so people can have heads up and then they just randomly block main arteries for 20 mins at a time, it's so frustrating!
