Read one of Smiths papers to try and prepare for what’s coming in healthcare from the UCP
this was removed from r/Alberta but I think it’s worthwhile to have a sense who is running things and where they plan to take us; especially when it comes to the current climate.
Published through the University of Calgary School of Public Policy. It appears in the “User Fees” section; which opens with the line: "The next step in closing the gap is to generate $4 billion from new user fees."
