Seeking info for hit and run, Dublin/Pleasanton BART parking lot

Hi all! Posting for a friend -

Curious if anyone saw or has any info on a hit and run that occurred on Thursday, 8/6 in the Dublin/Pleasanton outdoor BART parking lot. They badly scraped the back rear bumper of the car.
