My daughter has really wedged these blue milk carton pieces in tight. Any ideas on how to get them out?
Tried using a paper clip to sort of wrap around the back and pull but that didn’t do anything.

A large gap seems to have developed between the architrave and wall for one of our downstairs windows. Can I just fill this up or does it need some actual work done on it? Could this be a sign of structural issues?
Pretty much all of our windows have cracks in this same area though this is easily the largest, so not sure if it’s due to the way they were originally installed.
