Ask people before taking their picture. You don't know what the people you photograph unsolicited might have been through, and how upsetting they might find it. I am now terrified. Appreciate it. Go to hell.

Edit: I was wrong to get upset and scared by this. Thank you for the opportunity to learn. I still feel very scared, but I need to change.
