Unfair treatment by landlord.
Hello, I need some advice, please. My lease expired, and my landlord wants to kick me out so they can raise the rent. They lied to me by saying there's some static issue with the floor, but I caught the workers on camera saying that they will make a quick remodel. They also haven't presented me with the accounting for the common expenses, gas, and electricity for last year. They are also telling me that there's a bogus penalty fee of 5,000 KC for not removing some moving boxes on time. I know that they will not give me any money back from the deposit, since they are so greedy. The problem is that I haven't found an apartment yet, since the market is so tight, and it's impossible to move out by the end of the month. What should I do? Thank you in advance.
