Last year they were bombarding me with $300-$500 in OBC offers. This year the most I'm getting is $100. I feel like those offers last year were just to boost their sailing numbers before the new program launched, but to me it's kind of backfiring because now I won't book until I get another good OBC offer. $100 just isn't going to get me sailing. Every decent OBC offer now comes with them trying to get me to sign up for a Master Card I don't want.
