Hey all!

I am anxiously chomping at the bit for the tool library. I work as a USPS mail carrier and like to listen to audiobooks and Spotify playlists while ai am on route. I have been carrying an old smartphone without service as a media device. Admittedly, this works fine but I really don’t like carrying an extra device. Too much fiddling with audio outputs and keeping two devices charged. Minor annoyances I admit. I know the tool library is a few months out, and I am getting impatient with especially since I saw someone post a audiobook tool. I looked at the guide in modified light phones subreddit and frankly it’s a whole lot to absorb. I am worried about screwing up my phone. Can folks give me some insight to their experiences. I don’t really want to change the os. I kind of just want to add a tool or two to the existing list. Is that possible? Thanks in advance!

Networking issue?

I’ve been running into an issue for the past few days. I’ve been noticing that randomly I will not have any signal, despite being in an area I know had decent service. When I hard reboot the phone suddenly I have a good connection. I have definitely missed calls and texts due to this issue. It’s especially problematic because communication is a big part of my work day. I’ve tried using the reboot lightos option in settings and that doesn’t solve the issue, I have to power it down and start it back up, and sometimes the issue happens again in quick succession. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Very recently I have run into an issue when trying to stream a podcast is causing the os to crash and/or reboot. When trying to stream an podcast it will seem to be buffering but takes awhile, long enough for the screen to sleep. When I wake it, the light phone logo come up and it goes back to phone with no indication of a podcast running. I checked and the list of podcast had recently updated. An old save episode played without issue, but after playing a downloaded episode successfully, I tried streaming an episode and it crashed again. Has anyone else run into issues. I’m using a light phone 3, on the mint mobile network and have hit my data cap so things loaded slowly recently, but up until yesterday they were playing. I have tried rebooting the phone and os with no changes.
