In the last three weeks there has been an older female bicyclist that rides in the center of one lane going up and down Walker Hill and down South Brownell. Each time she will not move and when cars try to go around her she turns into their path of travel and swerves back and forth not allowing cars to go by. Has anyone else seen this? It just seems real strange.
