I have a high pitch noise in my home that I am not able to locate. Either that or both me and my wife have tinnitus.

At the beginning of this year I had my friend install new dimmer switches and recess lighting in my home. We started hearing a high pitch hug similar to if we had tinnitus but it doesn’t seem to be concentrated to one location. I have put my ear to each outlet, the ceiling and turned off all breakers on my home but still hear it. I have no other idea of what to do.

Does anyone have any ideas or know who I should call?
