Can you help identify what's going on with my new monstera plant? More details below.

• I've had this monstera for one month and have noticed these brown spots over the last two weeks. A new leaf that has yet to fully unravel is half dark brown/black.
• There are no signs of insects.
• This is a new plant that was repotted. It was previously in a small plastic container. To remove a lot of clumped soil around the roots, I dunked it in water to loosen the dirt.
• The pot is between 7-8" wide and does not have a drainage hole. I have been watering it once a week with a watering can using tap water.

• I live outside of Berkeley, CA - the plant is in a west-facing room and gets partial sunlight until later in the day, when it can be direct sunlight.
