Hey BWT! I don’t live in Boston, but my cousin does (and I’m from the area so familiar with where stuff is etc). She is getting over breast cancer and her birthday is coming up. She’s big on facials, manicures, fancy dinners, etc - if you were spending ~$200-$300 to treat someone from afar, what spots would you consider? (Given she is recovering from surgery, I don’t want to go the massage/lymphatic drainage/day spa route but would be open to other spa-adjacent stuff!)
