hey again!

so quick update and i suppose recapping my experience thus far. the goods have arrived this morning :) here's a timeline of what happened:

aug 12: UPS receives package

aug 14: arrives to canada

aug 15: delivered

since being handed to UPS i was genuinely surprised how fast it took. now, about what i received - i sent a follow-up email on aug 10th to be clear i didn't want any replacements in my order and i did not get any reply about neither that email nor my initial shipment eta inquiry.

2 of my items were silently replaced ...

i ordered:

- x1 vanilla lace 250ml body cream (as part of the vanilla lace bundle)

- x1 clean angel vanilla 250ml body cream

i received:

- x1 vanilla bean marshmallow 250ml body cream

- x1 unscented 250ml body cream

i'm honestly disappointed. i don't mind the delayed wait time, but at the very least i expect to receive the items i specifically ordered and paid for. i wouldn't have minded waiting a bit longer if it meant i was given an option of a later delivery date or if i was ok with receiving replacement items.

i've sent a final support email, but i doubt i will make another purchase from here in the near future ... (⁠・⁠_⁠・⁠;⁠)

hey! this is my first time ordering from femmenina and i'd love to order again but this experience has been a bit stressful ;; i placed my order on jul 4 with an expected delivery date of jul 20. i saw the instagram story update on the status of shipments being super backlogged but i thought i'd ask here to maybe get a sense of when i might get my package :')

i sent an email on aug 3rd but haven't gotten a response... i'm wondering if a combination of them being backed up with orders and certain items taking longer to restock might be a factor? i also read on the sub that more expensive orders may possibly be getting a bit of priority.

i'm ordering from canada with economy international shipping, totaling about ~$160 CAD

i ordered:

clean angel vanilla 250ml body cream
lavender gelato body mist
marshmallow musk body oil

if anyone else who also ordered around the same time as me, jul 4, could you let me know what your experience is? have you received yours or still waiting, and what did you get?
