Hi all. Feel like it's the worst compost ever with tree in it :). Was doing fine until lighter green and drooping of leaves. Perks up when under a 48led grow light but there's No sun out yet in England. Soil is moist but it's poor definitely poor quality

I've a grow bag coming tomorrow so I was going repot it into some of the soil from there. Would you recommend a tiny amount of tomato rite and some water or just try and repot it tomorrow with some quality soil?.
