Hi, we were able to get the new car ownership tax waived last year as military nonresident. I have to renew the car registration this year and its over $700. Can I still do the DR2667 this year and get it lowered for Colorado?

Posting here cuz someone here helped me find out about the low cost pcs before. My husband pcs from Buckley to Peterson a year ago. Now the system is showing him having to pcs again next year. The mpf person told him cuz it was a low cost pcs thats why he had to move again which makes no sense. Anyone went through this before?
