Babysitter is great, but often stays to talk ~30-60m, how do I deal with payment?
One of our babysitters is a talker. We enjoy her company.
I always round up to the next hour for payment anyway, so, say we get home at 6:20, I'll pay til 7pm.
But sometimes we get home at 6:45 and she'll stay and chit chat til like 7:30.
When we get back, I make it clear that she can leave at any time.
I need to stop being awkward and just say, "hey we're gonna pay til rounded up hour after we get back jfyi." Any other tips? Or thoughts on doing something different?
