File on hold
I noticed late last week that my scheduled payment hadn't been posted, which is unusual (usually it updates a few days before it's issued) and have been checking the website frequently to look for it.
This morning I signed in and saw I have a new letter, dated for the 24th, stating my file is on hold due to lack of reporting, and I had until the 28th to reply, but I have done my monthly report of not leaving the province, I don't have any income reporting because I don't have employment, and the letter didn't come in until the 29th?
I've left a voicemail for my worker at the extension provided in the letter, but I am now in complete panic mode and don't know what else to do. My rent is due tomorrow.
UPDATE:
I called again and got through to my worker, everything is sorted out now. :)
