The landlord special. He claims it’s fixed…. It’s not leaking water at the moment but it does smell. Toothless REA says he is not a qualified tradesman so he can’t tell if it’s fixed or not. I am going to try and escalate this as it has been this way for a year now. I would love any help on who to contact as realestate just keeps telling me he understands and does absolutely nothing.

Obviously it’s not a way to fix a wax seal. So some water leaking but definitely the smell is leaking. Am going to try escalate this because the REA is toothless. The landlord special had been in place for about a year. I would like to know what codes/standards this breaks so I have the right info going forward. In Australia
