Ca anyone help, how to create ambient horror music simillar to doctor nowhere's? Maybe there are some tutorials or anything else? I really need your help

whenever I Watch somebody playing Beat saber (even if it's not me) I always just stare at the video and can't say a Word like I'm hypnotized. In that moment I'm kind of predicting how would I play this level. Anyone else found it familliar? (English is not my first language so sorry for any mistakes)
