Looking for some help with Figma motion.

I want to animate a rectangle to grow from its centre (expand equally left and right). However, when I animate the ‘Width*’* property, the rectangle always grows from left to right, as if the transform origin is fixed to the left edge.

The rectangle is constrained to centre/centre (in the design tab), and there is no auto-layout applied to the parent frame.

Am I missing something here? It feels like a pretty basic feature to be missing?

Hi Figma people. I recently published a design kit for the upcoming World Cup. It's built to match the official brand - with logos, fonts, colours, team flags and so on.

All the matches are listed with times and locations (10 variable modes to deal with timezones), ready to be filled in when the tournament kicks off.

There's also sweepstake functionality - just edit the master component and see names ripple throughout the file.

I hope you enjoy using it as much as I enjoyed making it!
