My game crashed, froze mid game and now I can’t download my profile for backwards compatible games at all. It says it can’t connect to Xbox live, but my internet and regular games are fine. Any ideas? Tried clearing cache, soft resetting, etc.

Update: no fix yet, seems like a lot of people are having this issue. I’ve tried everything to do with my internet, DLS, account authentication, recurring payments, everything. It still won’t connect to Xbox live in the 360 emulator.
