Posts which go 'I'm a girl but I wish I was a guy so I could love/be with a guy/experience MLM' are problematic and getting out of hand.

Everyday my main page is being bombarded with such posts so I thought I'd save myself the trouble of commenting on them and just make another post pointing out HOW PROBLEMATIC THIS IS.

There was this one comment I read that said 'wish I was a black flag top with a twink' or 'wish I was a twink with a black flag top' something to that effect and it made me SICK. Then there was this one post where the OP was literally going about and invalidating the problems that gay people go through! If all of such people were gay men, I would imagine they wouldn't be saying all of this.

It's literally bordering on FETISHIZING GAY MEN and romanticizing their very real struggles. STOP IT, IT'S EMBARRASSING. Appreciate homoerotica for what it is and the representation it's giving. Understand the struggles that gay people go through. It's not all rainbows and unicorns. I know certain manhwas give us a rose-colored view on gay-life perspective but honestly, real life isn't exactly like that. PLEASE understand. And stop giving your opinion on what you think gay struggles should actually be, tf. It's so disrespectful.

(I'm absolutely not sorry for saying this, this whole thing is messed up IMO.)

HE PISSES ME OFF SO BAD! 'Walk In My Shoes/ No Revenge'.

A MASSIVE, GIGANTIC, HUMONGOUS TRIGGER WARNING FOR ANYONE WHO IS HERE! THIS STORY IS NOT YOUR NORMAL RUN-OF-THE-MILL KIND. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

Now, continuing..

The fact that he's so pretty only makes me want to slap him more. Like, hello, what kind of insane person do you have to be to do all the crap that he does! But also, I really like how this story is portraying human brutality. What I do NOT like is what's happening to the victim and the changes happening to him but I am intrigued with what's about to happen.

I definitely like the strong feelings that this story is evoking in me. It's a mixture of disgust, grief, despair, claustrophobia, terror, nausea, rage. I like feeling this way, it's been a while since a work of fiction elicited such a response in me (I actually like stories that showcase brutality. That obviously DOES NOT mean I condone such acts.)

Park Juyeon is a huge Black Flag. Actually, I don't even think that any kind of black color can encompass what a piece of sh*t he is. I'd say that even describing him as black is an insult to the color black.

I'm definitely not expecting any redemption arc though, I think it'd be perfect if he just remained a POS.

It's been a while since I've been looking for vampire yaoi and this is the first one I've come across which had a gorgeous art style!

Context: Isle, a vampire, is having trouble finding undiluted and pure blood until he sniffs out Loan who apparently has the type of Blood that Isle craves. Now Loan, who has a wine business and is in the mafia, has been having trouble since some gang members have been poisoning his wine. He needs someone to weed out all the bad wine and so he and Isle come to an agreement where Loan will allow him to suck on his blood (and have sex in the process since it turns them both on), and Isle will taste the wine, not knowing it's poisoned. The initial plan was to use him as a temporary guy but they end up developing feelings for each other.

I'll be honest.. it was okay. I loved it for the art style but the plot was a bit been-there-done-that. The only new addition to it was that of a vampire. I do love the backstory though, it's kinda cute. I'd give this a solid 6.5/10. It's definitely worth recommending for anyone looking for a short story to read with vampires, mafia, star-crossed lovers & reincarnation. It had a lot going on (in a good way) but it didn't WOW me, you know? Not that it's bad!! It was fine. I like how the characters resemble Seo An and Woo Won from the Pizza Delivery Guy and the Golden Palace too.

It's a sweet story and even though I wasn't that impressed, I think it deserves some visibility, if only for the art style and pacing :). Hope you guys like it!
